Warranty Terms and Specifications
Following is the terms of warranty of GMIC for all goods and services rendered relating to agents, dealers,specialist shops and general customer services.
1. Product Quality Guarantee:
The company guarantees the production of its products and application of services and marketing to the highest standards. Our customers are guaranteed their full statutory rights of warranty up to and until two years from the date of product purchase.
2. Secure Delivery of Products:
The company guarantees delivery of ordered merchandise with the use of quality packaging materials. If the merchandise is delivered with damaged or corrupted packaging and upon opening the goods are found to be damaged or tampered with in any way please immediately return said goods to the company by courier service and contact our customer service staff quoting all receipt numbers for prompt replacement of goods. Any merchandise damaged or defective in any way caused by mishandling by any courier company shall not make GMIC liable for replacement.
3. Product Defects:
(I) Product satisfaction
The purchaser has a guaranteed right of return for refund or replacement of any and all products manufactured by GMIC within seven days of purchase if found to be unsatisfactory. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
(II) Defects attributable to the manufacturer
If upon receipt or use of product any defect or irregularity is found which can only be attributable to the company's manufacturing process, then following contact with our customer service staff, we will replace said product with the same model or its equivalent upon agreement with purchaser.
(III) Defects attributable to the customer
GMIC is not liable for any costs of replacement or repairs of goods with defects or damages caused by the customer. GMIC offers a paid for complete maintenance and repair service to all its customers.
(IV) Defects caused by force majeure
GMIC is not liable for failure to perform the company's obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
