  • The Grenaditte G Treble Flute ( GF-301 ) builds upon the ground-breaking design of the GF-201 G treble flute. The Grenaditte G Treble Flute is the perfect G flute for the professional musician looking to improve tonal quality while simultaneously reducing instrument weight and enhancing feedback in a way not possible with traditional metal flutes. Using sterling silver instead of nickel for the crown, tenon and ring for enhanced projection and greater flexibility, the hand-undercutting of tone holes results in better intonation.

Grenaditte has similar acoustic properties to Grenadilla-wood, but without the disadvantages of tonal fluctuations, the risk of cracking and the high costs associated with wooden instruments.

    • Halfway between a flute and piccolo (an octave above an alto flute)
    • Distinctive colour and a strong, sweet sound
    • Precise intonation
    • Handcut headjoint gives enhanced projection and greater tonal flexibility
    • Ideal for flute bands who require a reliable solo or harmony instrument

The material used in the Grenaditte line was engineered and developed by Geoffrey Guo and only available from Guo Musical Instrument Company. Simply put, Grenaditte is an advanced composite material that is very dense but extremely light weight. The tone from one of our Grenaditte flutes can be described as 30% wood, 30% metal, and 40% Guo. The Grenaditte line truly has a sound of its own. This is Grenaditte. This is the FUTURE.

    Masterful.      Uncompromising.      Intense.
