Guarantee

 

Repair and Replacement Guarantee

 G.M.I.C has built its reputation by producing instruments that exceed consumer expectations for quality and durability. Should you find any malfunction of the instrument, as manufacture fault or damages not caused by vandalism within 7 days of product arrival, G.M.I.C will replace it for you absolutely free. If you find problems that are not caused by human factors within 12 months, we will repair it for free.

 GMIC 以經久耐用的高品質樂器,不斷超乎顧客的期待。若您的樂器自收到日起,7日內發現任何因製造過程中產生的瑕疵或非人為破壞所產生的故障,我們將完全免費為您替換新品。若在收到新品後的12個月內有任何非人為蓄意造成的故障,我們將免費為您提供維修服務。

 Guarantee Conditions

 1.     Should you experience any problems with your instrument, please email us for advice.   (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

 2.     In the unlikely event that your instrument is experiencing a problem and you need to return it to us then; please ensure your instrument is packaged well, with packing materials to protect it, as we cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred in shipment. We recommend you obtain insurance when sending the instrument to cover any loss or damage that might occur in transit.

若您的產品或零件在使用中,發現任何因製造過程中產生的瑕疵,請立即以電子郵件與我們聯絡,我們將依維修服務條款免費維修。

請務必將您的返修品妥善包裝並放置必要之緩衝包材。在任何情況下,運送過程中因天然災害及無法抗拒之因素,如運送碰撞等所造成的商品毀損,則不在本保固範圍內。為確保您的權益,建議您在寄回返修品的同時一併購買貨物保險。

3.     Please note that our Guarantee does not cover the following: where the defect is caused by improper use or contrary to normal usage, breakages due to excessive force, misuse, negligent handling, failure to observe normal operating procedures or damage caused by attempted repairs that are neither carried out, nor authorized by us.

 保修期內,產品若違反維修服務條款,如人為破壞、未依正常程序使用或者自行維修所造成的故障或損毀,均不在保固範圍內。

 4.     In the event that the instrument is experiencing a problem covered by the guarantee, all postage and packaging costs are incurred at the expense of the purchaser.

所有來回運送所產生的運費需由買方負擔

 5. In the event that an instrument needs to be repaired or replaced, G.M.I.C aims to deal with the issue in the shortest possible time. If urgent repairs are required, please email us for advice before your delivery. If a replacement is offered then it will be subject to stock availability.

為提供您最好的維修品質,維修期將視故障狀況而定。若有緊急維修之需求,請在寄送維修品前來信告知,以利安排檢測維修。返修品經評估後需更換新品,將視庫存狀況寄出。

 6.     The purchaser may not assign claims under this guarantee to any third parties. If the item is sold or transferred to another person or entity this guarantee will cease immediately upon transfer.

本維修保固條款不可轉移至第三方。一經轉移即刻失效。

 7.     Consumable items, cases, zippers, bags, cleaning cloths, pads, cleaning rods and other small accessories are excluded from this guarantee.

 產品配件,如木盒、外袋、清潔布、皮墊、通條等,皆不在保固之內。

 Our obligation under this guarantee is subject to the condition that the purchaser completes the guarantee card attached to this form with the repaired instrument, indicating the model number any serial number and the purchase date.

 買家必須連同維修表及返修樂器一併寄回,並註明品名,序號和購買日期,此條款始得生效。

 8.     The repair flute will return by EMS shipment system; any other shipping companies are available upon requests ONLY with an early notice.

 維修品寄還均使用EMS,若因其他因素需以其他貨運公司寄送,則需提前通知。若未依程序作業,本公司恕不受理。

 9.     Instruments returned for repair under this guarantee must be sent with postage paid to the pay pal account shown on return card. Instruments shipped back to the purchaser is ensured whole package with sufficient packing materials.

 樂器之返修品需先預付郵資至以下的pay pal帳號。本公司保證運送過程中對您的返修品給予最好的包裝保護。

IMPORTANT

** Fees may be subject to the carrier and delivery location so please check with your local forwarder for the exact shipment fee before sending the package.
